Biopsy and spinal fluid testing for newly diagnosed brain lymphoma

This study uses brain biopsy and spinal fluid (lumbar puncture) tests to better diagnose and understand how well treatments may work for certain lymphomas in the brain. It may help doctors match the right therapy by studying what the disease looks like in the body and brain.

Study of immune changes in brain lymphoma

This trial looks at the immune system and metabolism of people with primary central nervous system lymphoma (a type of brain cancer) to find differences that might help with future treatments. It does not test a new drug, but collects samples and medical information.

Understanding lymphoma biology to improve treatment

This study looks at the biology of certain lymphomas to better understand why some people respond well to treatment and others don't. It involves giving a small additional blood or tissue sample to help researchers find genetic clues that could improve future care.
