Who can take part

  • You are between 18–25 or 63–70 years old
  • You have a healthy body weight with a BMI between 18.5 and 26
  • Your blood tests for phosphate, calcium, and kidney function are within normal ranges
  • Your blood pressure is normal (systolic under 140, diastolic under 85)
  • You do not have certain medical conditions like diabetes, kidney stones, or chronic stomach issues
