Who can take part

  • You must be at least 13 years old
  • You need a confirmed genetic diagnosis (XLH or HHRH) with specific gene changes
  • You must be willing to share past medical records (tests, scans, and treatment/surgery history)
  • You must be able and willing to attend scheduled study visits and complete study assessments
  • You should not have other major illnesses that affect phosphate or bone health (like kidney, liver, gut problems, or cancer)
  • If Aim 2 applies, you must be able to tolerate extra phosphate
