Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 55 years old.
  • You have a moderate to severe cartilage injury in your elbow (grade 3 or 4).
  • The damaged area is between half a square centimeter and 2 square centimeters.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is 30 or below.
  • You have tried treatments like rest or anti-inflammatory pills for at least 3 months without success.
