Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have a chronic lung disease like COPD, pulmonary fibrosis, or advanced sarcoidosis, confirmed by a CT scan or lung function tests.
- You have been diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs) via a right-heart catheterization.
- You are willing to come back for follow-up visits and be available by phone.
