Who can take part
- Your prostate cancer must be low or intermediate risk with a CAPRA score of 5 or lower.
- You must have a visible tumor on an MRI with a PIRADS score higher than 4.
- Biopsies must show cancer in or very close to the MRI-visible tumor.
- You must be healthy enough to have daily activities (WHO performance status 0-1) and have few urinary symptoms (IPSS score 15 or lower, with no urine leakage).
- You must be a candidate for active surveillance (not needing immediate treatment).
