Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH)

Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 70 years old.
  • Your liver function must be mild to moderately impaired (Child-Pugh class A or B).
  • You must not have used any new medications in the past 4 weeks, or be on stable treatment for your liver condition.
  • You must not have a history of severe liver failure, liver cancer, or a liver transplant.
  • You must not smoke more than 5 cigarettes per day or drink more than 2 alcoholic drinks per day on average.
  • You must agree to use effective birth control if you are able to have children.
