Who can take part

  • You are 60 years old or older
  • Your doctor thinks you might have arthritis (either inflammatory or degenerative) or has already diagnosed it
  • You have joint imaging studies (X-ray, MRI, or ultrasound) that can be analyzed by a computer
  • You are able to say you want to join the study, or a family member can say yes for you
  • No recent joint injury or surgery in the past 6 months
  • No current cancer in your bones or joints
