Who can take part

  • You must have advanced non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with an EGFR mutation (exon 19 deletion or L858R).
  • You should have completed 3 to 5 weeks of osimertinib as your first treatment without the cancer progressing, and your ctDNA test must be positive.
  • You need at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • You must be 18 or older and have good organ function (kidneys, liver, bone marrow).
  • You cannot have had prior cancer treatment for this stage except osimertinib, and no prior TROP2- or topoisomerase I-targeted therapies.
  • Women of childbearing potential and men with partners must use effective contraception during and 6 months after treatment.
