Who can take part
- You have heart failure symptoms like shortness of breath or fatigue, class II to IV
- Your heart's pumping strength is 40% or less
- You are currently taking an ACE inhibitor or ARB, a beta-blocker, and spironolactone for at least 3 months
- You take these medicines at least 80% of the time
- You are not pregnant
- Your blood pressure is at least 95 mmHg
- Your kidney function is not severely low
- Your potassium level is not too high
- You have not had angioedema (severe swelling) before
