Who can take part

  • You or your child has severe hemophilia A (congenital, meaning present at birth).
  • You have had a high level of inhibitor (≥5 Bethesda Units) in the past.
  • The highest inhibitor level before starting this treatment was less than 1,000 Bethesda Units.
  • You are under 18 years old at the start of the study.
  • This is your first attempt at immune tolerance induction (ITI).
  • You are currently using or planning to use emicizumab (a medication to prevent bleeding) as part of your treatment.
