Testing a treatment for hemophilia A with inhibitor antibodies

Hemophilia A With Inhibitor

This study tests a therapy called ITI (using SCT800 alone or with daratumumab) to help people with hemophilia A who have inhibitor antibodies that reduce bleeding treatments from working. It may be an option if you’re an adolescent or adult with a high inhibitor level and have not already failed this kind of immune “ITI” treatment before.

Who can take part

  • You have hemophilia A that is moderate or severe
  • Your age is 14 to 66 years
  • You have a positive inhibitor test at two separate visits
  • Your inhibitor level is more than 10 BU on the screening test
  • You do not have an allergy or other medical reason you can’t take the study medicines (including hamster protein allergy)
  • You have not previously failed whole-body (systemic) immune ITI treatment
