Who can take part
- You have hemophilia A that is moderate or severe
- Your age is 14 to 66 years
- You have a positive inhibitor test at two separate visits
- Your inhibitor level is more than 10 BU on the screening test
- You do not have an allergy or other medical reason you can’t take the study medicines (including hamster protein allergy)
- You have not previously failed whole-body (systemic) immune ITI treatment
