Who can take part

  • You or your caregiver must agree to the study rules and sign a consent form.
  • You have high-risk plasma cell cancer (like certain chromosome changes or high levels of a protein called beta-2 microglobulin).
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You are still active and able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0-2).
  • Your vital organs (heart, lungs, kidneys, liver) work well enough, and your blood counts are adequate.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you agree to use effective birth control for one year after treatment.
