  • Diagnosed with fibromyalgia by a doctor using standard criteria
  • Had pain rated 4 or higher on a 0-10 scale on most days in the last month
  • Willing to not change current pain medication doses during the study (except for rescue painkillers)
  • Able to swallow tablets and follow instructions for using the home brain stimulation device
