  • You have a body mass index (BMI) of 28 or higher, or between 24 and 27.9 with a weight-related health problem like high blood pressure or diabetes.
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You are willing to follow a structured weight-loss program.
  • You have not gained or lost more than 5% of your body weight in the last 6 months.
  • You can use a smartphone.
  • You are not pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding.
