Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with primary membranous nephropathy (PMN) confirmed by a kidney biopsy or a blood test for PLA2R antibodies.
  • Your PLA2R antibody level is above 80 RU/ml.
  • You have significant protein in your urine (3.5 grams or more per day) despite at least 6 months of blood pressure medication.
  • Your kidney function (eGFR) is 30 ml/min or higher.
  • You have not used rituximab in the last 12 months, or other immunosuppressive drugs in the last 2-6 months.
