Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 40 years old.
  • Your ankle condition fits one of these: no prior sprain, a past sprain with no ongoing issues, chronic ankle instability (frequent giving way or pain), or a fresh sprain within the last 2 to 4 days.
  • You have never broken your ankle (fractured it).
  • You do not have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (a connective tissue disorder).
