Who can take part
- Between 18 and 30 years old
- Healthy weight range (BMI 18.5–29.9)
- Had your first ankle sprain at least 12 months ago
- Most recent ankle sprain or instability symptoms within the last 3 months
- Experience of ankle giving way or recurrent sprains
- No other lower-leg surgery in the past 6 months
- No acute (sudden) ankle sprain in the past 6 weeks
