This trial tests a new type of cell therapy for people with certain types of lymphoma (Hodgkin or diffuse large B-cell) that did not respond fully to first treatment or came back within a year. The therapy uses modified natural killer (NK) cells that target a protein called CD70 found on the cancer cells.

Who can take part
- Age 18 to 75 years old.
- Have Hodgkin lymphoma or diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that did not go away with first treatment or returned within 12 months.
- Your tumor cells must have a protein called CD70 (tested on a biopsy sample).
- Must have at least one area of lymphoma that can be seen on a PET/CT scan.
- Must be well enough to do daily activities (ECOG score 0, 1, or 2).
- Adequate blood counts (white blood cells over 2000, hemoglobin over 8, platelets over 50,000), kidney and liver function, and enough heart and lung reserve.
