This trial tests a new type of cell therapy called CAR NK cells that are designed to find and attack lymphoma cells carrying a marker called CD70. It is for people whose lymphoma either did not go away after the first treatment or came back within a year.

Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
- You must have either diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) or Hodgkin lymphoma that did not go away after the first treatment, or came back within 12 months.
- Your lymphoma cells must have a specific marker called CD70 (this will be checked on a biopsy sample).
- You must have at least one area of lymphoma that can be seen on a PET/CT scan.
- You must be in reasonably good health, with adequate blood counts, kidney and liver function, and heart and lung function.
- You cannot have an active infection, HIV, or uncontrolled hepatitis B or C, and you must be able to use effective birth control if needed.
