CD5-targeting NK cell therapy for blood cancers

This trial tests a new kind of immune cell therapy (NK cells) that are made to attack cancer cells carrying the CD5 marker. You will have a short course of chemotherapy before the infusion to help the cells work. It is for people with certain blood cancers that have not responded to standard treatments.

Who can take part

  • Your cancer cells must have at least 30% of a marker called CD5, as shown by a recent lab test.
  • You must have one of these blood cancers that has come back after at least 2 treatments: T-cell lymphoma, T-cell leukemia, CLL/SLL, or mantle cell lymphoma.
  • You must be between 12 and 80 years old and generally able to care for yourself (performance score above 50%).
  • Your heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys must be working well enough (specific lab and imaging tests will check this).
  • You cannot have a serious, uncontrolled infection, active hepatitis B or C, or uncontrolled HIV.
  • You must agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 3 months after.
