Who can take part

  • You had your first stroke (ischemic or hemorrhagic) confirmed by a doctor
  • Your stroke happened within the last 6 months
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • You have mild or no thinking problems (score 22 or higher on a standard thinking test)
  • You have some movement in your affected arm and hand (Brunnstrom stage above 3)
  • You do not have any other neurological conditions
