Who can take part
- You have advanced or metastatic esophageal squamous cell carcinoma that cannot be removed by surgery.
- Your cancer has gotten worse while on or after the first standard treatment that included chemotherapy and immunotherapy.
- You are age 18 or older and able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You have at least one measurable tumor that has not been previously irradiated (unless it grew after radiation).
- Your blood counts and kidney/liver function are within acceptable ranges.
