  • You are 18 to 80 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with splenic B-cell lymphoma with large cells and need treatment
  • You have not had any previous treatment for this lymphoma
  • Your overall health is good (able to care for yourself and up and about about half the day)
  • Your kidney and liver function are within certain limits, and your blood cell counts are high enough
