Who can take part

  • You have experienced sexual trauma at some point in your life.
  • You are dealing with sexual problems that you feel are tied to that trauma.
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You can speak and understand Norwegian well enough for a supportive group setting.
  • You are not currently in a crisis (like serious substance use, an abusive relationship, or severe mental health issues) that would make it hard to focus on the program.
