Who can take part

  • You must have an advanced or spreading solid tumor that makes too much of a protein called MUC-1.
  • Your cancer must have stopped responding to standard treatments, or your doctor decides no standard treatment is right for you.
  • If you join the pembrolizumab part, you must have already tried an immune checkpoint inhibitor and your cancer got worse while on it.
  • If you join the chemotherapy part, you must have pancreatic cancer that hasn't been treated yet and be healthy enough for the chemotherapy regimen called mFOLFIRINOX. You cannot have had prior pancreatic surgery or chemotherapy.
  • You must not have severe or ongoing diarrhea, inflammatory bowel disease, or a blockage in your intestines.
  • You must not have had another cancer in the last 3 years, and your heart health must be good without uncontrolled high blood pressure or recent heart procedures.
