Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with heart failure with reduced pumping function for at least 3 months.
  • An echo test within the last 2 years shows your heart pumps out 40% or less blood with each beat.
  • You are in New York Heart Association class II or III, meaning you have some symptoms with activity but not at rest.
  • Your kidney function (eGFR) has been below 30 for at least one test in the past year and is below 45 at screening.
  • You are on stable, optimized heart failure medications for at least 4 weeks before the study starts.
