Heart failure risk assessment with exercise test and kidney health

Heart Failure

Part of Heart & circulation clinical trials.

This study uses a special exercise test, along with heart and kidney measurements, to better predict risks for people with heart failure. It may help your doctors understand your condition and choose the best care for you.

Exercise program for heart failure with kidney disease

This trial tests whether a supervised exercise program can improve daily activity and quality of life in people who have both heart failure and advanced kidney disease. It aims to help you feel stronger and function better.

NCT05696652Recruiting
Exercise training study for people with heart failure

This study looks for blood and other markers that can explain how people with heart failure respond to exercise training. It may help researchers better tailor exercise or treatment plans for heart failure in the future.

NCT07429396Not yet recruiting
Heart failure study using data and exercise testing

This study looks at different types of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (a form of heart failure where the heart pumps normally but doesn't fill properly). Researchers will use past medical records and possibly a special exercise test to better understand these types and how to treat them.

Exercise Training for Heart Failure Patients

This study compares two types of exercise programs—neuromuscular training and resistance training—to see which helps people with weakened heart function improve their ability to perform daily activities. Both programs are designed to be safe and manageable for people living with heart failure.

Heart Failure Risk Test Study (HF-QRS and Fibrosis Markers)

This study looks at whether a special EKG test (HF-QRS) and a blood test for fibrosis can help doctors better predict risks in people with chronic heart failure. If you join, you will help see if these tests work as well as or better than standard tests alone.

NCT02998788Recruiting
Heart failure risk monitoring for hospitalized adults

This trial studies how to better assess and manage risk in people hospitalized with heart failure or related serious heart problems. It may help by improving how clinicians monitor your condition over time and decide next steps.
