Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) or microscopic polyangiitis (MPA).
- Your disease is new or has come back, and you need treatment with steroids plus another medicine (like cyclophosphamide or rituximab).
- You have a positive blood test for anti-PR3 or anti-MPO antibodies.
- Your kidney function is at least 15% of normal (eGFR ≥15).
- You have active disease symptoms (like certain major organ problems or at least 3 other signs of disease activity).
