Who can take part

  • You are between 40 and 75 years old.
  • You have a curve in your spine (scoliosis) of at least 20 degrees on an X-ray taken in the last year.
  • You have had low back pain for longer than 3 months.
  • Your average low back pain is more than 40 out of 100.
  • You have not had any spine surgery before.
  • You can read and speak French.
