Who can take part

  • You are overweight, with a body mass index (BMI) between 25 and 40
  • You either have normal blood sugar, or prediabetes, or type 2 diabetes
  • You currently eat or drink over a period of 12 hours or more each day
  • Your weight has not changed by more than 5% in the last 3 months
  • You do not work night shifts or travel across time zones frequently
  • You are not on insulin, certain diabetes pills, or daily blood thinners
