  • You are between 18 and 75 years old
  • Your weight is stable (no gain or loss of more than 6.6 pounds in the last 3 months)
  • You have prediabetes (blood sugar levels higher than normal but not yet diabetes)
  • You are clearly a morning person or a night person (based on a questionnaire)
  • You are not already exercising more than 2 hours per week
