Who can take part
- You are having ACL reconstruction at the University of Kansas Medical Center sports medicine clinic.
- You are between 15 and 50 years old.
- Your BMI (body mass index) is between 18 and 30.
- You have not had any surgery on your legs or spine before this ACL injury.
- In the past 6 months, you haven't had another leg injury (other than the ACL tear) that stopped physical activity for more than 2 weeks.
- You are able to speak English.
