Liver dialysis for severe acute-on-chronic liver failure

This trial tests a new liver dialysis device called DIALIVE 2.0 for people with acute-on-chronic liver failure (a sudden, severe worsening of chronic liver disease). If you qualify, the device will help filter your blood, similar to kidney dialysis, to support your liver while it tries to recover.

Predicting outcomes in acute-on-chronic liver failure

This trial is testing new scoring systems to better predict how patients with acute-on-chronic liver failure will do. It may help doctors make more informed treatment decisions for people with this serious liver condition.
