Who can take part

  • Men aged 18 or older.
  • Diagnosed with prostate adenocarcinoma (a specific type of prostate cancer) confirmed by biopsy.
  • Cancer that has spread to other parts of the body (shown on scans like bone scan or CT).
  • Cancer that is castration-resistant (still growing despite low testosterone levels from hormone therapy or orchiectomy).
  • Good overall health (able to perform daily activities without or with minimal help, ECOG 0 or 1).
  • Normal organ function (adequate blood cell counts, kidney and liver function).
