Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • Your spinal cord injury is at or above the C6 neck level.
  • Your injury happened more than 1 year ago and your health is stable.
  • You have weakness when trying to lift your wrist (on at least one side).
  • You are not pregnant, do not have a history of seizures, and have no metal implants in your skull or any implanted device (like a pacemaker) in your chest or above.
