Who can take part
- Your spinal cord injury was at C6 or higher (upper neck area).
- Your injury happened more than 6 months ago and your condition is stable.
- A doctor says you’re medically cleared to take part in the training sessions.
- You have weak wrist lifting (wrist extension) at least in one arm.
- Your anti-spasticity medicines (like baclofen, diazepam, or tizanidine) can stay unchanged for at least 3 months.
- You must be able to generate measurable muscle/electrical activity during testing (and not have seizure history).
