Who can take part

  • Age 18 to 80 years old.
  • Had a stroke due to small blood vessel blockage within the last 6 months.
  • Brain MRI shows moderate or severe white matter changes (Fazekas grade 2 or higher).
  • Able to walk and care for yourself with little or no help (mRS score 0–2).
  • No significant memory or thinking problems (Clinical Dementia Rating score less than 1).
  • No recent or ongoing bleeding issues, heart failure, or need for blood thinners like warfarin.
