  • You are between 40 and 65 years old.
  • You have chronic kidney disease at stage 3a or 3b.
  • Your doctor has cleared you for exercise and says you are stable.
  • You do not have uncontrolled high blood pressure, severe heart rhythm problems, or unstable heart disease.
  • You have not been hospitalized in the last 3 months.
