Who can take part

  • Your prostate cancer has spread to other parts of your body and has gotten worse despite hormone treatment.
  • Your PSA level is at least 1 ng/mL.
  • You are on hormone therapy (or have had your testicles removed) to keep your testosterone level very low.
  • You are well enough to carry out daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You are willing to provide a tumor sample (from a past biopsy or a new one).
  • You have not had certain prior treatments for prostate cancer.
