Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older with a confirmed diagnosis of prostate cancer that has spread and is no longer controlled by hormone therapy (castration-resistant).
- Your PSA level has to be at least 1 ng/mL, and your cancer must have shown signs of getting worse in the last 6 months on scans or PSA tests.
- You must have already tried at least one type of hormone therapy (like abiraterone or enzalutamide) and a chemotherapy (like docetaxel) for your cancer.
- You should be able to do your daily activities without major help (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You cannot have untreated brain metastases, an active autoimmune disease, or certain heart conditions like uncontrolled arrhythmias.
- You must be willing to provide a tumor sample (biopsy) from before and after treatment, if it’s safe to do so.
