- Your child is aged 0 to 16 years.
- Your child is having a course of radiation therapy (proton or photon) to the brain and spine, head and neck, or other body areas.
- Your child is NOT receiving radiation to the brain only (focal brain radiotherapy).
- Your child is NOT having just a single radiation session.
- Your child is NOT receiving total body irradiation (radiation to the whole body).
