Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with rotator cuff syndrome (shoulder pain or weakness from rotator cuff problems).
- You are between 40 and 75 years old.
- You have not had surgery on your shoulder before.
- You do not have other shoulder problems besides rotator cuff syndrome.
- You have not had hip or thigh surgery, and you can walk without a wheelchair or being bedridden.
- You do not have cancer, a neurological disorder, or memory/thinking problems.
