- You are 65 years or older.
- You have advanced hip osteoarthritis.
- You are on the waiting list for hip replacement surgery at the Regional University Hospital of Malaga.
- You are able to perform daily activities independently (Barthel Index score over 80).
- You are willing to sign consent forms for surgery and the study.
- You do not have serious medical conditions like immune problems, blood disorders, unstable heart or lung disease, or a neurodegenerative or psychiatric condition that prevents exercise.
