Who can take part
- You are willing and able to use the internet for therapy.
- You speak Polish fluently.
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You have had tinnitus for at least 3 months.
- Your tinnitus causes moderate to severe distress (score of 32 or higher on the Tinnitus Functional Index).
