Postbiotics for weight loss in advanced lung cancer
Part of Cancer, Lungs & breathing clinical trials.
This trial tests whether a postbiotic supplement can help people with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer who are losing weight (cachexia). If you're getting or have finished chemotherapy plus immunotherapy for stage III or IV NSCLC and have lost weight recently, you may be able to join.

This trial tests a new appetite-boosting medicine (nano-crystalline megestrol acetate) added to standard chemotherapy for people with advanced small cell lung cancer who are losing weight. It aims to see if it helps with weight, strength, and treatment response.
