Who can take part

  • You have advanced (stage 4 or not removable by surgery) non-small cell lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, or colorectal cancer.
  • You are about to start your first cancer treatment (like chemo, immunotherapy, or targeted therapy) within the next 6 weeks, or you started it in the last 6 weeks.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You can understand, speak, and read English.
  • You are able to do simple physical tests like arm curls, standing up from a chair, or a timed walk.
  • You are not pregnant.
  • You have not had major surgery planned in the next 3 months.
  • You have not had chemotherapy or surgery for another cancer (except early skin cancer) in the past 3 years.
