Who can take part
- You are 18–80 years old
- You have diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (a type of blood cancer) that has returned or is no longer responding to prior treatment
- You have already received at least one prior chemotherapy regimen that included an anti-CD20 antibody (like rituximab)
- You have measurable or evaluable disease that can be tracked on imaging or exams
- You have adequate organ function (liver, kidneys) and bone marrow function
- You are expected to live at least 3 months
