Who can take part

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Your cancer must be CD7-positive T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia or lymphoma that has returned or not responded to treatment.
  • You should be well enough to be out of bed and active (ECOG score 0-1).
  • You need adequate liver, kidney, heart, and lung function.
  • You cannot have certain infections like active hepatitis B or C, syphilis, or uncontrolled infections.
  • You cannot have had CAR-T therapy or other gene-modified cell therapy before.
  • You cannot have active or uncontrolled autoimmune disease, or graft-versus-host disease.
