  • You are pregnant and less than 24 weeks along
  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are identified as higher risk for gestational diabetes (using a special screening tool)
  • You own a smartphone that can run the Bump2Baby & Me+ app
  • You understand the language used in the study (English, Spanish, Norwegian, or Polish)
  • You are not already in another study about behavior change during pregnancy
