This study compares the blood of people with ongoing long COVID symptoms to healthy people, to look for differences in immune signals and gut bacteria. It could help find better ways to diagnose or treat long COVID.
This study tests whether a drug called pembrolizumab (a type of immunotherapy) can help people with ongoing neurological symptoms after COVID-19. The goal is to see if it is safe and possibly improves symptoms like brain fog, fatigue, and dizziness.
This trial tests whether the anti-inflammatory drug baricitinib can improve persistent long COVID symptoms like brain fog, fatigue, and shortness of breath. You may qualify if you had COVID-19 at least 6 months ago and still have bothersome symptoms that affect your daily life.
This study tests how different long-COVID and POTS-related symptoms—especially “brain fog”—show up and improve. It may help researchers better measure symptoms so future treatments can be targeted more effectively.
This trial tests if gentle hands-on treatment (osteopathic manipulative therapy) can help relieve long-lasting COVID symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, and body pain.
This trial tests a gentle, non-invasive treatment for Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), a condition that causes a rapid heart rate when standing. It combines mild ear nerve stimulation with slow, paced breathing to see if it helps manage symptoms like dizziness and fatigue.
